У магістерській дисертації розглянуто підходи стосовно трактування понять «міжнародна банківська група», «Індустрія 4.0». Досліджено потенціал міжнародних банківських груп, щодо розвитку та впровадження в свою діяльність технологій Індустрії 4.0. Висвітлено поточний стан розвитку технологій Індустрії 4.0 в банківському секторі України. Визначено основні ризики, притаманні діяльності міжнародних банківських груп в сучасній ситуації поширення технологій Індустрії 4.0 на фінансовий сектор та запропоновано методи їх оцінювання і управління. В роботі сформульовано рекомендації з стимулювання розвитку технологій Індустрії 4.0 в банківському секторі України в умовах відновлення економіки після війни.The master's thesis examines approaches to the interpretation of the concepts "international banking group", "Industry 4.0". The potential of international banking groups regarding the development and implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies in their activities was studied. The current state of development of Industry 4.0 technologies in the banking sector of Ukraine is highlighted. The main risks inherent in the activities of international banking groups in the current situation of the spread of Industry 4.0 technologies to the financial sector are identified, and methods of their assessment and management are proposed. The paper formulates recommendations for stimulating the development of Industry 4.0 technologies in the banking sector of Ukraine in the conditions of economic recovery after the war
