V  9.  Reviewer’s detailed comments regarding this manuscript:  This manuscript tries to tell how to conduct SOCA in an online way (Daring) with several modifications. There is a lesson learned that could be obtained but how the writer presents the idea is not really clear. I think that he/she tries to use the "case report" framework manuscript - which I think is possible. However, how he/she described the case is using an unclear method. Therefore, it falls in analyzing the situation (no data that could be analyzed). Moreover, he/she not discussed the material by using an assessment framework. So, shortly, it is a good idea with a weak way to present.   10. HAMKA Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta – INDONESIA  *corresponding author, contact: (endin_stujanna@uhamka.ac.id)   ABSTRACT   Background: Currently, medical education program has implemented the student-centred education method by using Problem Based Learning (PBL) paradigm. One of its assessment methods is Student Oral Case Analysis (SOCA). This method determines the rhetorical and linguistic characteristics of students by using specific communication methods. An offline assessment is temporarily selected for the SOCA. Due to the pandemic, strict health protocols for medical education should be followed by any parties. As a result, there is a modification for learning method when offline (face-to-face) activities should be shifted to online activities, includes SOCA assessment. However, in order to meet the objective of the learning, the modification needs careful planning and implementation.  Aims: to describe about how The Faculty of Medicine, UHAMKA successfully carried out SOCA assessment for their students through online method.  Case Discussion: During the outbreak of Covid-19 The Faculty of Medicine, UHAMKA, has changed SOCA assessment from offline mode to online mode by using Zoom application. The online SOCA assessment at Faculty of Medicine UHAMKA was well organized without any serious problem.  Conclusion: The online method by using Zoom platform is evidently an effective option for SOCA assessment during the pandemic. The assessment is conducted by applying some adjustments between medical learning activities and current health protocols.  It can be concluded that the exam successfully implemented to the student and it produced relatively similar results with an offline exam. Artikel belum memberikan gambaran tentang SOCA secara online itu sendiri, apa perbedaan dengan offline? Apa dampak dari perbedaan tersebut?  Terima kasih atas pertanyaan dari reviewer #B. Sesuai dengan yang ditanyakan oleh reviewer B, dalam artikel ini kami menjelaskan tehnis yang paling membedakan antara SOCA secara online dan offline. Dimana, ketika SOCA offline dilaksanakan, aplikasi penunjang tidak diperlukan, mahasiswa dan penguji bisa bertemu secara langsung tanpa perbedaan waktu dan tempat. Pada saat offline, mahasiswa juga bisa diawasi secara langsung oleh pengawas tanpa bantuan penggunaan aplikasi tambahan.  Oleh karena itu, Dampak yang paling sangat mungkin terjadi dengan adanya perbedaan jarak dan waktu serta tidak bertatap muka secara langsung adalah adanya kecurangan yang dapat terjadi saat SOCA digelar secara online. Sehingga, penerapan detail tehnis serta detail arahan untuk mahasiswa, pengawas dan penguji sangatlah diperlukan.  Artikel case report berarti termasuk artikel kualitatif. Artikel belum memberikan gambaran konteks yang lengkap, sebagai contoh: belum dijelaskan SOCA disini digunakan untuk apa? Formatif? Sumatif? Seberapa masuk proporsi ke nilai mata kuliah? Seberapa penting diselenggarakan? Berapa mahasiswa? Berapa sumber daya yang digunakan?  Terima kasih atas masukan dari reviewer #B.
