This research investigates the effect of empowerment on human and social capital. The research method is descriptive, analytical and correlational. The statistical population consists of all employees of petrochemical industry of Markazi Province. Sample size equals to 250 employees. Data collection tool is standard questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by content and construct validity and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach’ Alpha.
