Implementation of Open-Source Electronic Health Records Systems in Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries

Abstract

From May 2022 - July 2023, funded by Research England, post graduate researchers Christopher Cox and Dorka Tamás conducted interviews with colleagues from different faculties, schools and services across the University of Leeds to raise awareness of open practice across disciplines and career stages. In this case study, Sarah Bostan talks about her ongoing PhD project and how she has used open research practises like participatory research in her data collection. She also discusses how her research was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and how she overcame them.
