Hygiene and motivation factors in the organization – research in the urban transport company

Abstract

The article describes the theory and identification of the system of motivating of employees in the organization on the base of Frederick Herzberg theory. Thirteen managers and forty four workers from the urban transport company in Wrocław took part in the research. The aim of the study was to check if factors of hygiene and motivation were fulfiled. The study was conducted using the questionnaire form containing questions drawn up on the base for specialist literature concerning the subject of the research
