Abstract

The work of this thesis is to analyz a carbonate series of peritidal cycles througth a remote sensing approach. The outcrop has been acquired with a laser scanner and througth a set of digital photos. From the data we obtained a 3D geometric model from which a stratigraphic column has been extracted. The laser scanner acquiseition has been used to scale the photogrammetric model
