Abstract

The goal of this work is to investigate how the identity and the difference aredefined from a symbolic hegemony. in this dualism, i put my critic the question of gender,specifically the opposite relation between heterosexuality and homosexuality. for this, makesnecessary to put in evidence how occurs the hierarchy from the first to the other. being so, imove to the conception of the performative act of the gender, witch materializes the feminineand masculine behavior linked to the bodies the mandatory rules from hetero-normativity. beingso, my object of research turns to a reflexion about the representation of the behavior from thecharacter ennis del mar, at the motion picture the secret of brokeback mountain.O objetivo desse trabalho é investigar como a identidade e a diferença são definidas apartir de uma hegemonia simbólica. nesse binarismo, deposito minha crítica a questão de gênero,especificamente a relação oposta entre heterossexualidade e homossexualidade. para isso énecessário evidenciar como ocorre a hierarquização da primeira diante da outra. sendo assim,parto para a concepção do ato performativo do gênero, o qual materializa o comportamentofeminino e masculino vinculando os corpos as normas regulatórias da heteronormatividade.sendo assim, meu objeto de pesquisa volta-se para uma reflexão sobre a representação docomportamento da personagem ennis del mar, no filme o segredo de brokeback mountain
