application/pdfタキサン系抗がん剤には末梢神経障害の副作用があり,患者にとってはQOLを著しく損なう問題である。本研究では,パクリタキセルを用いた化学療法施行中の患者9名を対象にしびれに対する温灸の効果を検討した。温灸は患者自身が週3回、12週間実施した。治療効果は,モノフィラメント圧痛覚試験、NRS、POMS、SF-8を用いて評価した。その結果、NRSにおいて介入1-2週目の「しびれ」「感覚の低下」に有意な低下を認めた。Peripheral neuropathy induced by taxanes is a common side effect, but it affects the patient's quality of life. We evaluated whether ""fireless moxibustion"" made the peripheral neuropathy better or not. We've examined nine cancer patients treated with paclitaxel individually. Patients put some ""Fireless moxibustion"" on their meridians three times a week by themselves and continued them for twelve weeks. Neurological assessment was performed by Semmes-Weistein monofilament test, NRS, POMS and SF-8.
