Course outliers from Assessment The committee noted courses that fell below expectations for substantial writing: CJ 305, HPE 415.  The committee noted courses containing exceptional writing samples: PSY 450, ART (Ridlin), EH 409.  Courses with problematic assessment: MS 300, MS 441, MS 475.  2. Data distribution  We discussed the best way to distribute/disseminate data for colleges and majors:  Determined we will schedule a meeting with Marie Velentine in the fall.  3. WAC PD for Fall 2023.  Discussed plans to provide WAC instructors with access to teaching strategies:  • Round table in Fall 2023.  • Session on criteria and assessment norming   We will ask four faculty who submitted writing samples containing excellent student work to discuss how they incorporated writing in their discipline.     4. Committee Member Rotation Mark Sciuchetti will roll off in Fall 2023;  Wendy Stephens will roll of Fall 2024.             General Suggestions None   Next Meeting Date September 2023      Notes:
