When there is a conflict between interpretive possibilities, it is observed hence that they sometimes suffer from different interpretive slips or perceptions due to the lack of verification criteria. This research article, which has been done by descriptive-analytical method, while trying to adapt and integrate discourse analysis with the principles and rules of Qur’anic interpretation, has identified some criteria for the verification of the method of interpreting Qur’an with the Qur’an, and has recommended criteria for its evaluation as well. It becomes clear by combining the Qur’anic verses that sometimes, due to historical evidence, the criterion for the validity of the interpreter verses and determining the preferred meaning of the word in question is the semantic resemblance within the text, not just the similarity of the literal context. The criteria for verifying interpretive probabilities are therefore obtained by combining the principles of textual semantics and the rules of understanding the Qur’an according to the lexical context and the systematic attitude of the exegete to the Qur’anic text. In this particular case, the most important criteria based on the principles of the textual discourse analysis seem to be considering theological context, attention to the basic meanings, the custom and semantic system of Qur’anic words, regarding all semantic resemblances, heeding to historical semantics of common terms at the time of Qur’anic revelation and its application in the sentences context as well.Jamali Rad, F; Pirouzfar, S.
