The objective of this paper is to analyze the main judgments that have dealt with the digital right to oblivion in the Argentine Republic, in order to identify the requirements that would enable its jurisprudential reception by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Argentine Nation.El objetivo del presente artículo consiste en analizar las principales sentencias que han tratado el derecho al olvido digital en la República Argentina, con el fin de identificar los requisitos que habilitarían su recepción jurisprudencial por parte de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación Argentina.Palabras clave
