O presente relatório realizou-se com base num projeto de estágio curricular na TEKA Portugal. O projeto insere-se no departamento da logística interna, no setor dos exaustores e chaminés decorativas. Com o propósito de entender os processos inerentes a este setor, realizou-se um estudo e acompanhamento ao abastecimento das linhas de produção e, desta forma, encontraram-se necessidades de melhoria ao nível dos supermercados. Por conseguinte, os principais objetivos do projeto centram-se na reorganização do supermercado dos componentes gerais dos Exaustores e redimensionamento do supermercado de componentes gerais das chaminés decorativas. Subjacente a estes trabalhos, outro objetivo passa por alcançar melhoria nos fluxos e redução de tempos de desperdícios em atividades de abastecimento às linhas de produção do setor em questão. Com o intuito de facilitar e auxiliar todo o trabalho, utilizaram-se ferramentas, como os 5S, análise ABC, BPMN. Após a implantação de algumas sugestões de propostas de melhoria, conseguiu-se que os supermercados dos exaustores e das chaminés decorativas ficassem mais organizado e apenas com os componentes essenciais e com a implementação de sistema de troca de caixas no abastecimento às linhas de produção das chaminés decorativas e, por último, conseguiu-se reduzir atividade e tempos de abastecimento que não agregam valor para este processo.This report was based on a curricular internship project at TEKA Portugal. The project is part of the internal logistics department, in the sector of hoods and decorative hoods. To understand the processes inherent to this sector, a study and follow-up to the supply of the production lines was carried out and, in this way, needs for improvement at the supermarket level were found. Therefore, the project main objectives are focused on the reorganization of the supermarket of general components of the hoods and resizing of the supermarket of general components of the decorative hoods. Underlying this work, another objective is to achieve an improvement in the flows and a reduction in waste time in supply activities for the production lines of the sector in question. To facilitate and assist all the work, tools were used, such as the 5S, ABC analysis and BPMN. After the implementation of some suggestions for improvement proposals, the supermarkets of the hoods and decorative hoods became more organised and only with the essential components and with the implementation of a system of boxes exchange in the supply to the production lines of the decorative hoods and, finally, it was possible to reduce activities and supply times that do not add value to this process.Mestrado em Engenharia e Gestão Industria
