ผลของสารชวยใหเขากันตอสมบัติทางกล สัณฐานวิทยา และกระแสวิทยาของพอลิเมอรผสมระหวางพอลิเอทิลีนชนิดความหนาแนนสูงและพอลิเอทิลีนเทอเรฟทาเลทที่ผานการใชงานแลว EFFECT OF COMPATIBILIZER ON MECHANICAL, MORPHOLOGICAL, AND RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF RECYCLED HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE)/POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE (PET) BLENDS  Kasama Jarukumjorn*, Sukunya Chareunkvun, Wecharit Sucharit, and Saman Yaisang           School of Polymer Engineering, Institute of Engineering, Suranaree University of Technology, Nakorn Ratchasima 30000, Thailand, E-mail address: kasama@sut.ac.th  บทคัดยอ  การวิเคราะหผลของพอลิเอทิลีนที่มีการกราฟดวยมาเลอิคแอนไฮดรายดซ่ึงเปนสารชวยใหเขากันตอสมบัติทางกล สัณฐานวิทยา และกระแสวิทยาของพอลิเมอรผสมระหวางพอลิเอทิลีนชนิดความหนาแนนสูงและพอลิเอทิลีนเทอเรฟทาเลทที่ผานการใชงานแลว พอลิเมอรผสมเตรียมโดยใชเครื่องอัดรีดแบบสกรูคู สมบัติดานการดึงยืดและการรับแรงกระแทกมีคาเพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อมีการเติมสารชวยใหเขากัน ขนาดของเฟสกระจายของพอลิเมอรผสมที่เขากันมีขนาดเล็กลงเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับพอลิเมอรผสมที่ไมเขากัน นอกจากนี้มีการศึกษาถึงผลของปริมาณสารชวยใหเขากันตอการเขากันไดของพอลิเมอรผสม  Abstract  Effect of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (PE-g-MA) as a compatibilizer on the mechanical, morphological, and rheological properties of recycled HDPE/PET blends was investigated. The blends were prepared in a twin screw extruder. Tensile and impact properties improved with addition of the compatibilizer. The compatibilized blends had the smaller size of dispersed phase compared to uncompatibilized blends.
