คอมโพสิทระหวางเสนใยปอแกวชนิดสั้นและพอลิโพรพิลีน: ผลของสารชวยใหเขากันตอสมบัติทางกลกระแสวิทยา และอุณหภูมิการบิดเบี้ยว SHORT ROSSELLS FIBER/POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITES: EFFECT OF COMPATIBILIZER ON MECHANICAL AND RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES, AND HEAT DISTORTION TEMPERATURE  Kasama Jarukumjorn*, Wimonlak Sutapun, Yupaporn Ruksakulpiwat, Jongrak Kluengsamrong School of Polymer Engineering, Institute of Engineering, Suranaree University of Technology, Nakorn Ratchasima 30000, Thailand, E-mail address: kasama@sut.ac.th  บทคัดยอ  การวิเคราะหผลของพอลิโพรพิลีนที่กราฟดวยมาเลอิคแอนไฮดรายดซ่ึงเปนสารชวยใหเขากันตอสมบัติทางกล กระแสวิทยา และอุณหภูมิการบิดเบี้ยวของคอมโพสิทระหวางเสนใยปอแกวชนิดสั้นและพอลิโพรพิลีน คอมโพสิทเตรียมโดยใชเครื่องผสมภายใน ปริมาณของเสนใยที่ใช 20 เปอรเซ็นตโดยน้ําหนัก และปริมาณสารชวยใหเขากันที่ใช 1 ถึง 10 สวนตอ 100 สวนของคอมโพสิท ความแข็งแรงตอแรงดึงและ ความแข็งแรงตอการกระแทกของคอมโพสิทมีคาเพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อมีการเพิ่มปริมาณของสารชวยใหเขากัน สารชวยใหเขากันปรับปรุงความเขากันไดระหวางเสนใยและพอลิเมอรเมทริกซ  Abstract  The effect of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MA) as a compatibilizer on the mechanical and rheological properties, and heat distortion temperature (HDT) of short rossells/PP composites was evaluated. The composites were prepared in an internal mixer. The rossells fiber loading was 20 wt% and the compatibilizer contents were 1-10 phr. Tensile strength and unnotched impact strength of the composites increased with increasing the compatibilizer content.
