Proposition d’hybridation entre santé publique et ergotoxicologie pour la prévention des risques de contaminations des soignants aux médicaments anticancéreux

Abstract

Ce travail s’intègre dans le symposium “ergotoxicologie en action” et propose une première tentative de compréhension du processus d’élaboration méthodologique du projet PREVMAC. Ce projet, au départ mené par un doctorant en santé publique, prend la suite d’une étude d’expologie mettant en évidence une contamination interne des soignants. Cette contribution présente le cheminement réalisé depuis 2005, jusqu’à l’inclusion d’un doctorant en ergonomie, pour atteindre le niveau de coopération actuel. Cette hybridation est alors issue de rencontres opportunistes, symbolisée par une méthodologie, liant logique de santé publique et ergotoxicologie, par des méthodes d’expologie, de toxicologie analytique, de recherche interventionnelle, d’analyse de l’activité, et d’un “laboratoire du changement”. Cette hybridation méthodologique permettra l’élaboration d’une formation en e-learning pour prévenir les risques de contamination des soignants aux médicaments anticancéreux et sera l’occasion d’enrichir mutuellement nos disciplines, en vue de coopérations à venir.This work is part of the "ergotoxicology in action" symposium and offers a first attempt to understand the methodological development process of the PREVMAC project. This project, initially led by a phd student in public health, follows on from an expology study highlighting internal contamination of nursing staff. This contribution presents the progress made since 2005, followed by the inclusion of a phd student in ergonomics, to reach the current level of cooperation. Then this hybridization is the result of opportunistic encounters, symbolized by a methodology, linking public health and ergotoxicology logic, through methods of expology, analytical toxicology, interventional research, activity analysis, and a "Change laboratory". This methodological hybridization will allow the development of an e-learning training to prevent the risks of contamination of nursing staff with anticancer drugs and will be an opportunity to mutually enrich our disciplines, in view of future cooperations.Innovation and Transformation for Prevention Activity of Professional Risk
