The population increase in the world generated the formation of cities, generating negative

the Gumbel distribution and goodness tests were used. The calculation of the contributing
areas to the study area was carried out through tributary areas, thus obtaining all the
necessary parameters to calculate the flows and demonstrate our objectives and hypotheses.
The results were obtained, with which it was concluded that the evacuation flow rate is less
than the elimination flow rate
