In this paper, a switched capacitor network and a boost converter are integrated to create a step-up DC-DC converter. As a result of this converter's design, it can be applied to applications where high DC voltages are required to be delivered from a low DC voltage source to an AC inverter, such as solar power systems. The converter uses a low-turn-ratio transformer and switching capacitor network in order to achieve a high output voltage level while reducing voltage stress across the devices. Also, A primary side boost converter is used to increase the input voltage, resulting in a more rapid transfer of power. At a 30% duty cycle, the proposed converter provides a ninefold increase in output voltage. An output power of 315 W has been obtained from a topology proposed using MATLAB/Simulink with an input voltage of 35 V and an output voltage of 320 V. This converter is characterized by low conduction and switching losses, a high voltage gain along with a low duty cycle and turn ratio, as well as reduced voltage stress and high efficiency
