O trabalho em questão é um estudo descritivo correlacional que busca medir a percepção de clientes e membros da equipe de Enfermagem em relação à liberdade de raiz e ele ação elos primeiros, bem como a atribuição ela causa de inexistência de liberdade de ação dos clientes sob o ponto de vista destes e dos membros da equipe de Enfermagem de uma unida· de de autocuidado.This work is a correlational anel descriptive study which attempts to measure the perception of patients anel members of the nursing staff concerning the patients freedom of root anel action, as well as attribute the reason for the inexistance of patients freedom of action, in the point of view of members of the nursing staff of a self-care unit
