この座談会では、人材情報の共有による魅力ある雇用創出と地域活性化をメインテーマとし、人材の流出を防ぎ、地域人材の地域への残留について産官学で議論した。この座談会での主な論点は、①人材が流出する理由と対策、②地域人材と専門性、③地域人材確保方法の限界、④産官学連携による地域人材の確保と育成、そして⑤産官学の人材情報の共有可能性である。In this roundtable discussion, the main theme was attractive job creation and regional vitalization through sharing of human resource  information, to prevent outflow of human resources and to discuss the residuals of local human resources in the area at industry, government and academia. The points of discussion at this roundtable, (1) reasons and countermeasures for human resources to leak, (2) regional human resources and expertise, (3) limitations on regional human resources securing methods, (4) securing and training regional human resources through industry-government-academia collaboration, and (5) The possibility of sharing personnel information of industry-governmentacademia collaboration
