Human Resource is one of the very important pillars of any organization. And managing humans is the most difficult task on Earth. In this era of technology where every field is improving its efficiency and effectiveness with the help of some or other innovations, the HR department should also move hand in hand. To sustain with the changing world, human resource management can be introduced with new applications like A1 HRMS that is a software developed by PHP Laravel. There are vast and varieties of work that have to be taken care of by the HR department of any organization. From the time a candidate comes for recruitment, his/her joining, documentation, introduction to the team, utilizing him/her optimally, evaluating and rewarding them to the exit/retirement of that employee, everything has to be managed by the HR department. A1 is something that gives a platform to do all these tasks effortlessly [1]. Introduction to A1 Technology A1 technology is one of the latest technology’s used in the field of HRM based in New York. There are more than four hundred experienced and skilled software developers to work for the development of the technology. The technology helps the HRs to manage all the possible challenges faced by the employees during the administrative tasks. The aim of the technology is to provide safe work environment. It reduces the time to handle the administrative tasks of the HRs.  Importance of A1 Technology An employee who needs leave for an emergency has to inform his team and the HR department so that the work is not hampered. With a platform like A1, he/she can just update the system and move on. The work keeps going and no deadlines are missed, making the client happy and satisfied at the end. A1 is such a situational savior too. Things become easy and workflows without any chaos. An organization grows only when its biggest asset- its employees are happy and satisfied. And they need proper pay, reward, breaks, and appreciation to keep them motivated. All this becomes streamlined with applications like A1. The HR department can have all this data updated on the system to make the process fast, transparent, and righteous [2–4]. An organization needs to take care of these aspects in this changing world. As skilled and trained human resources can be easily poached and lost in the growing market. A simple HRM application can change the picture completely for any organization. To grow and sustain in this rapidly changing and competitive business world human resource is the very important aspect still. Human resource is not interchangeable with computers and applications, but the process to manage them has to be changed for good. HRM needs technology and systems like A1 to keep up its pace. A1 can make the system faster and efficient with no hassle. A1 will make things easy on a day-to-day basis, not only for the HR team but for all the employees of the organization. The objective of the study To show the impact and need of technology in HRM. To show how A1 can be one of the options in HRM to become more efficient. Секция 13. The use of technology in the field of HRM plays a vital role in the development of an organization. Therefore, it is vital to use technology efficiently to boost up performance in an organization. A-1 is one of the best options use latest technology efficiently in the field of HRM. It provides variety of services, products and networking to the field of HRM.
