Abstract
基于广义有限元法和子结构法,建立了通过膜片联轴器耦合的双齿轮箱传动系统的动力学模型,通过傅里叶级数法进行求解,获得了耦合系统各啮合副上的动态啮合力和各轴承上的动态轴承力,并与未耦合联轴器的各单独子系统的动力学分析结果进行了对比。结果表明,耦合对于动态啮合力的影响较小,而对于动态轴承力的影响较大,尤其是对与联轴器同轴系上的轴承作用尤为明显;且耦合作用使得动态啮合力和动态轴承力中均增加了其他频率成分,但幅值较小
