Abstract
随着谐波齿轮长径比的减小,柔轮筒底的应力会急剧上升。为降低超短筒柔轮筒底应力,建立参数化杯形和礼帽形柔轮实体有限元模型,分别计算了装配状态和负载工况下柔轮最高应力及其分布规律。对比计算长径比、膜板宽度和倒圆半径等几何参数对柔轮筒底最高装配应力和负载应力的影响规律。研究发现,超短筒杯形柔轮适用于小负载传动,超短筒礼帽形柔轮更适用于大负载传动;礼帽形柔轮更易于通过增大膜板宽度减小筒底应力
