Abstract
硬齿面齿轮存在一种被称为齿面断裂(Tooth flank fracture,TFF)的轮齿失效模式。ISO组织在2019年发布了针对齿面断裂承载能力计算的技术规范。齿面断裂失效是一种疲劳现象,初始裂纹萌生于表面硬化层与轮齿心部的过渡区,它的失效机理不同于传统的点蚀和齿根断裂疲劳失效模式。对齿面断裂失效的主要特征、研究现状、计算方法和主要影响因素进行了归纳。为深入了解齿面断裂失效提供了理论依据
