Abstract
在分析现有的蜗轮蜗杆测量技术特点的基础上,提出一种基于激光位移传感器的蜗轮蜗杆非接触式测量方法与对应的齿廓形状、齿距偏差算法。构建蜗轮蜗杆综合测量装置,实现非接触式数据的采集,通过建立蜗轮蜗杆的理想齿廓模型与采集点拟合的平滑曲线相对比分析,得到齿廓形状和齿距偏差。该方法可以有效简化蜗轮蜗杆的测量过程并提高测量精度和效率
