Abstract
以数控铣床高速铣削面齿轮为研究对象,根据微分几何原理和齿轮啮合原理,建立了直齿面齿轮的数学模型。基于插铣刀对虚拟仿形概念的面齿轮加工方法,进行了高速铣削加工过程中啮合点刀位的计算;通过刀具主轴进给范围和摆角范围的计算,使用UG后置处理得到刀具轨迹和程序;借助VERICUT软件进行面齿轮高速铣削加工仿真,并进行面齿轮高速铣削试验与检测,得到理想齿面与实测齿面的最大误差为0.712 μm,表明提出的面齿轮高速铣削加工方法的可行性
