Abstract
为优化我国城市轨道交通列车齿轮传动系统设计方法,对实际运行城轨列车用齿轮传动系统进行机械强度校核。根据设计输入制定加载方案,使用三维建模软件SolidWorks 创建齿轮传动系统模型,导入有限元分析软件Abaqus进行有限元计算。计算结果表明,齿轮箱体的机械强度满足列车运行的要求,型式试验结果证明了有限元计算结果的可信度。研究工作对有限元分析方法在城轨列车齿轮箱的研发设计过程中的运用有重要的参考价值
