Abstract
针对风电齿轮箱轴承疲劳裂纹萌生方向的问题,通过理论研究,认为裂纹萌生的方向取决于萌生局部位置最大切应力幅所在平面方向。经计算发现,轴承滚道内部浅层位置正交切应力幅大于主切应力幅,较深位置主切应力幅大于正交切应力幅;裂纹萌生角度随萌生深度不同而变化。针对裂纹扩展问题,利用断裂力学裂纹尖端极坐标应力叠加的方法,明确了Hertz接触应力、残余应力、装配过盈压力等对裂纹扩展方向的影响,通过分析不同热处理金相组织的轴承失效案例,验证了理论的适用性
