Abstract
为保证滑块使用寿命,提升AMT的换挡品质,针对换挡过程中滑块轴颈与拨叉之间的磨损情况进行数值模拟。建立有限元模型,并基于传热学理论,设置了拨叉和滑块的热边界条件,得出了同步过程中换挡滑块单次换挡结束时的磨损量与温度分布云图。基于Archard磨损理论,对单次换挡结束时的磨损量进行计算。通过BOX设计方法,对所需的17个仿真试验点进行有限元仿真,并且通过响应面分析得到滑块轴颈磨损量的线性回归预测模型,分析了换挡力、转动角度、摩擦因数对滑块轴颈磨损量的影响规律。研究结果表明,转动角度对轴颈磨损量的影响最为显著
