Abstract
渐开线齿轮的啮合过程分析是判断传动品质的重要依据,其中,接触应力、传动误差及啮合刚度是分析的重点。根据直齿轮TCA模型,提取各接触点曲率半径,将齿面啮合接触简化为不同半径圆柱体对之间的弹性挤压。在考虑齿间载荷分配的情况下,运用Hertz原理对齿面进行了承载接触分析。分析表明,通过该方法得到的结果与有限元及实验所得结果相符,接触应力最大值相差0.74 %,传动误差及啮合刚度规律一致。该方法可反映齿面接触的动态过程及啮合刚度
