多孔式直线形膜盘型面设计与强度分析

Abstract
现有柔性膜盘联轴器的膜盘类型中以钛合金曲面膜盘为主,由于膜盘厚度较薄,其曲面加工难度较大、精度要求高,为降低加工难度并保证膜盘具有较好的容差及负载能力,改进了一种多孔式直线形膜盘;利用有限元方法对其轴向刚度及在转矩、轴向偏差、角向不对中偏差、转速及复合工况下的应力和寿命进行了分析,并与其同直径的单曲面膜盘进行对比。研究表明,多孔式直线形膜盘的轴向刚度比同直径的单曲面膜盘小,刚度均呈非线性变化,刚度与膜盘厚度成正比;在轴向偏差、角向不对中偏差下,多孔式直线形膜盘应力低于单曲面膜盘,具有更好的容差能力;同等负载转矩下,多孔式直线形膜盘应力虽大于单曲面膜盘,但满足强度和寿命要求,且膜盘应力分布更加均匀。因此,多孔式直线形膜盘具备更高的容差性能,适用于高转速、低载荷和存在较大轴向及角向不对中偏差的工程环境中
