Abstract
为解决人工采摘菠萝劳动强度大、采摘困难、效率低的问题,设计了一种基于曲柄滑块、偏置直动滑杆与多连杆传动式机构的菠萝采摘装置。运用Adams对机构运动进行仿真分析,优化了装置各部件的参数。实物样机经过实际测试,结果表明,装置适用于茎径为3~6 cm的菠萝采摘。试验统计数据表明,该装置单次采摘用时比人工采摘平均减少1.2 s,提高效率26%,同时也验证了装置运动的平稳性以及刀具切割的稳定性
