Abstract
针对一种混合充磁式磁齿轮复合电机的损耗进行了研究,对比分析混合充磁式磁齿轮复合电机和径向充磁式磁齿轮复合电机的磁场和气隙磁通密度及其谐波,得到了不同转速下两种磁齿轮复合电机的铁耗和涡流损耗情况,并对调磁块形状进行了优化。结果表明,与径向充磁式磁齿轮复合电机相比,混合充磁式磁齿轮复合电机铁耗更小,产生的磁场强度更强,内层和中层气隙磁通密度更大,外层径向磁通密度和切向磁通密度的谐波幅值相对较小,有助于减少涡流损耗;优化后的圆形调磁块结构,可以减小复合电机的涡流损耗和铁耗
