Abstract
设计了一款新型无摩擦式同步器,运用三维软件CATIA建立三维实体模型,并将实体模型导入Adams中,建立新型无摩擦式同步器的虚拟样机模型;同时,在Matlab/Simulink中建立一两挡纯电动汽车整车模型,利用Adams和Simulink进行联合仿真,模拟新型无摩擦式同步器的速度同步及退挡过程。仿真结果表明,相比于依靠摩擦实现速度同步的传统同步器,新型同步器在汽车挂挡速度同步及退挡过程中产生的冲击度得到减小,且所需的速度同步及退挡时间也大幅降低,减少了汽车换挡过程中的动力中断及换挡顿挫感。最后,分析了换挡速度同步过程中的车速、螺旋弹簧刚度值以及换挡力大小等参数对新型同步器速度同步过程的影响
