Abstract
为了解决传统重载车辆鼓式制动器设计余量较大、制造成本较高的问题,以新型液压楔式制动器为研究对象,推导建立楔式制动器制动力矩、制动鼓表面平均温度、最高温度表达式,并以此为优化对象结合模拟退火算法,对液压楔式制动器进行结构优化,最后通过有限元计算与试验验证手段对优化后楔式制动器模型进行验证。分析结果表明,优化后的液压楔式制动器各关键部件应力值均满足材料使用要求,优化后的液压楔式制动器在不同制动压力和制动初速度条件下相对于优化前制动器制动效能稳定性较高
