Abstract
针对旋转机械故障振动信号的调制特征和传统的包络谱分析需要预先依靠经验确定带通滤波器参数的缺陷,提出了一种基于最大相关峭度解卷积(Maximum Correlated Kurtosis Deconvolution,MCKD)和包络谱相结合的旋转机械故障诊断方法。该方法首先对振动信号进行MCKD滤波,然后进行Hilbert变换得到包络谱来识别故障。仿真信号分析和工程应用验证了该方法的有效性
