Abstract
提出一种新型的电机驱动轮式牵引装置,对牵引装置的结构及原理进行了阐述;建立了牵引装置的驱动机构结构受力及参数计算模型,求解目标参数接触力系数的解析函数。通过对参数及越障的分析得出牵引装置各参数之间的变化关系,并结合计算实例验证驱动机构结构设计及参数分析的合理性,能满足牵引装置结构特性的前提下,提高牵引装置的牵引能力和井下越障适应性。牵引装置的齿轮传动机构啮合性好,传动稳定,能实现自扶正双向驱动,以提高牵引装置在井下爬行的稳定性、承载能力,增强牵引装置在井下作业的柔性弯曲适应能力。为油气井井下牵引装置的设计和发展提供新的思路
