Abstract
面向工程机械、航空航天、轨道交通、电动汽车等驱动装置变速变扭的服役特性,阐述了齿轮传动热胶合失效的损伤机理,构建了热胶合影响多因素耦合的关联关系,分析了常用设计元素传递转矩、齿轮转速、油液黏度以及润滑油温变化对齿面接触温度的影响,形成了与提高热胶合承载能力相应的设计思路;同时,针对18CrNiMo7-6渗碳淬火+ISO-VG 220润滑油组合传动齿轮开展了系列试验测试,明确了齿面接触温度与润滑油膜厚度在热胶合分析中的作用权重。所测定的热胶合失效边界温度,可为变速变扭齿轮传动工程设计热胶合承载能力的精确评估提供数据基础
