Abstract
以4自由度直角搬运机器人结构模型为基础,研究了直角机器人主要零部件的参数化建模方法。针对不同生产线的实际需求,结合CATIA虚拟设计技术和知识工程技术,解决了直角机器人三维模型的快速生成问题;采用CATIA V5R19建立三维标准零部件库,设计者只需根据用户要求,结合机器人相关的设计计算,选取设计参数,就可获得相应的结构参数,实现零部件的选取和自动生成功能
