Abstract
针对带传动过程中,带容易发生疲劳失效及断裂等问题,以带传动系统中的多楔带为研究对象,通过实验获得多楔带橡胶的物理特性,并将实验得到的材料特性代入有限元分析软件ABAQUS中,对多楔带疲劳特性进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,随着加载载荷的增加,多楔带单位长度抗拉力不断增大而循环次数则不断减小,随着初始裂纹尺寸的增加,多楔带单位长度抗拉力也不断增大且增加率却不断减小,而循环次数呈现先缓慢减小后急剧减小的趋势;随着位移的增加,多楔带单位长度抗拉力不断增大,而循环次数却不断减小
