The development of new technologies involves a multitude of new risks not sometimes quite the rule of responsibility for guilt. Beneficial activities for the development of the society, at the same time they are generating of risks, so that their exercise must undergo the precise control to reduce the risk to the minimum indispensable, in this way to be acceptable. Therefore, while in the face of the rule of subjective responsibility has emerged the rule of objective responsibility, we should consider a new model of responsibility to contemplate the attribution of responsibility and the allocation of costs, with the purpose of being able to have a global perception of the problems that arise an accident.El desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías comporta multitud de nuevos riesgos, no resultando en ocasiones bastante la regla de la responsabilidad por culpa. Actividades beneficiosas para el desarrollo de la sociedad, al mismo tiempo son generadoras de riesgos, por lo que su ejercicio debe someterse al control preciso para reducir el riesgo a lo mínimo indispensable, para de esta manera ser aceptable. Por todo ello, si bien frente a la regla de la responsabilidad subjetiva ha surgido la regla de la responsabilidad objetiva, deberíamos plantearnos un nuevo modelo de responsabilidad que contemple la atribución de responsabilidad y la asignación de costes, con la finalidad de poder llegar a tener una percepción global de los problemas que surgen, producido un accidente
