El presente trabajo de grado tuvo como objetivo elaborar un DIAGNÓSTICO DEL CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL DE LA EMPRESA ESTACIONES MARTIGO S.A.S, enfocado a mejorar el desempeño de sus trabajadores a través de acciones estratégicas de intervención. Además, este estudio ofrece información pertinente para la comprensión de los factores y las condiciones que influyen en el Clima Organizacional al interior de la organización y que tienen influencia directa sobre los trabajadores, de tal forma que brinda las bases para reorientar la toma de decisiones hacia la gestión de estrategias que garanticen un buen clima laboral, compromiso, rendimiento y productividad de sus colaboradores.The objective of this degree project was to prepare a DIAGNOSIS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE OF THE COMPANY ESTACIONES MARTIGO S.A.S, focused on improving the performance of its workers through strategic intervention actions. In addition, this study offers relevant information for understanding the factors and conditions that influence the Organizational Climate within the organization and that have a direct influence on workers, in such a way that it provides the basis for reorienting decision-making towards the management of strategies that guarantee a good working environment, commitment, performance and productivity of its collaborators
