Reflexiones sobre el emprendimiento, la educación y el desarrollo humano local y regional

Abstract

This article presents the theoretical foundation of training for entrepreneurship and demonstrates the relevance of this type of training at the level of education, especially in universities in development in the Ecuadorian context. Conceptual analysis was used as a theoretical research method, documents containing statistical and documentary information were used in which the investigated situation is analyzed, on the basis of which analysis and conclusions were made. The research shows the possibility and relevance of renewing the conventional administrative approaches that are applied in the country in this training and the validity of addressing it in terms of reflections on entrepreneurship, which could be applicable in other higher education centers, in addition to this This article aims to analyze and look at the perspectives that entrepreneurship has in the context of the State Policy of Good Living that is evidenced in Ecuador since 2008, in education, local and regional human development.Therefore, the objective of this study is to understand some of the difficulties existing in Latin America and in this country that prevent the population of these places from generating high-impact ventures in national and international markets, thus preventing them from contributing a more relevant way to the development of the economy in their respective regions.Este artículo presenta la fundamentación teórica de la formación para el emprendimiento y demuestra la pertinencia de este tipo de formación a nivel de la educación en especial de las universidades en el desarrollo en el contexto ecuatoriano. Se utilizó el análisis conceptual como método de investigación teórica,se utilizó documentos que contienen información estadísticas y documentales en los que se analiza la situación investigada, en base a las cuales se llegó a realizar análisis y conclusiones.La investigación demuestra la posibilidad y pertinencia de renovar los enfoques administrativos convencionalesque se aplican en el país en esta formación y la validez de abordarla en cuanto a la reflexiones sobre el emprendimiento, lo cual pudiera ser aplicable en otros centros de educación superior, además este artículo pretende analizar y mirar las perspectivasque tiene el emprendimiento en el contexto de la Política de Estado del Buen Vivir que se evidencia en el Ecuador desde el 2008, en la educación, desarrollo humano tanto local como regional.Por lo tanto, el objetivo del presente estudio es entender algunas de las dificultades existentes en América Latina y en este país que le impiden a la población de estos lugares generar emprendimientos de alto impacto en mercados nacionales e internacionales, evitando de esta manera que contribuyan de una manera más relevante al desarrollo de la economía en sus respectivas regiones
