Изучение индивидуальных различий между людьми важно в теоретических и прикладных аспектах, различных аспектах адаптации, склонности к эмоциональным срывам, индивидуальных возможностях в сферах образования, здравоохранения и профессиональной деятельности. Мы исследовали индивидуальные особенности ориентировочного рефлекса. Цель исследования  является определение возможности оперативного обследования психофизиологического состояния студентов 1-2 курсов пяти вузов Екатеринбурга. Результаты. Проверяется обмен веществ, состояние вегетативной нервной системы, эмоциональная устойчивость, психофизическое состояние, адаптационные процессы, злоупотребление психотропными, алкогольными и наркотическими веществами, работоспособность. Материалы и методы. Мы провели обследование с использованием KMTL “Frame-transition” и диагностического комплекса “Лира-100”. Обсуждение. Обмен веществ соответствует норме у 93,4% студентов УГНТУ, у 80% студентов УГМУ. Состояние АНС соответствует психофизиологическому статусу: среди студентов Уральского государственного технического университета - 100%, среди студентов EASI - 80%. Обсуждение. Стрессоустойчивость оказалась выше у мужчин, так как среди них больше студентов, относящихся к первой группе, чем среди женщин. Выводы. Эти операционные методы, основанные на комплексном подходе, обеспечивают динамический контроль многих показателей функций основных систем организма и их адаптивных возможностей. We investigated the individual features of the orienting reflex. The aim of the study – to determine the possibility of prompt examination of the psychophysiological state of students of 1-2 courses of five universities in Yekaterinburg. Researched indicators. Metabolism, the state of autonomic nervous system emotional stability, psychophysical state, adaptation processes, psychotropic, alcohol and narcotic substances abuse, working capacity are checked. Materials and methods. We carried out the examination using the “Frame-transition” KMTL and the “Lira-100” diagnostic complex. Results. Metabolism corresponds to the norm in 93.4% of the students of the USFTU, in 80% of the USMU. The state of the ANS corresponds to the psychophysiological status: among the students of the Ural State Technical University - 100%, among the students of the EASI - 80%. Discussion. Stress resistance turned out to be higher in men, since among them there are more students belonging to the first group than those among women. Conclusions: These operational methods based on an integrated approach provide the dynamic control in many indicators of the major body system functions and their adaptive capabilities. INTRODUCTION   The study of individual differences between people is important in theoretical and applied aspects, since they are associated with the assessment of: various aspects of adaptation, propensity for emotional breakdowns and diseases, individual opportunities in the field of education, health care, and professional activity. The individual features of the orienting reflex (as the reaction of the body to an external stimulus, affecting many physiological functions) are currently not fully understood.  THE AIM OF THE STUDY is to determine the possibility of prompt examination of the psychophysiological state of students of 1-2 courses of five universities in Yekaterinburg (USMU, USGLTU, USPU, USAU, EASI). The study involved 150 people (77 men, 73 women aged 18-20, 30 people from each university) who had no health complaints. When a drug, food product, physical factor, etc., affects the body, first of all, the integrative parameters of the blood change, in particular, the tension of oxygen and carbon dioxide, pH, the tone of the ANS changes, metabolic processes on the periphery can change significantly. The reflexogenic zones of the body have the most accurate and quick response to the impact of external factors: the mucous membranes of the digestive tract, upper respiratory tract, extrareceptive zones of the skin, carotid sinus zone, etc.. MATERIALS AND METHODS  All measurements were carried out in two stages: the first, basic (initial), reflects the state of the organ (functional system) before the presentation of the stimulus (test exposure); the second one, the current one, reflects the state of an organ or functional system after a stimulus (test exposure) is presented [1]. If during the basic measurement the value of functional asymmetry is more than 30%, then this indicates the existence of a subcompensated state of the organ initially, i.e. pathology  3036 occurs. If during the current measurement the asymmetry remains within 30%, then this state is called adaptive asymmetry, i.e. an organ (or part of it) is able to compensate for an influence factor (stimulus, test, etc.) that is not capable of causing any significant deviations leading to functional impairments [1]. The obtained results were programmatically processed and saved for further analysis.  RESULTS  The results of the study are as follows (Fig. 1). Metabolism corresponds to the norm in 93.4% of the students of the USFTU, in 80% of the USMU. The state of the ANS corresponds to the psychophysiological status: among the students of the Ural State Technical University - 100%, among the students of the EASI - 80%. An analysis of emotional stability showed that students of all universities do not have critical deviations. All surveyed students are dominated by extraverted communication skills, as external communications prevail over internal communications, due to the development of computer and communication technologies. Adaptation processes were compensated in 100% of students of the Ural State Forest Technical University, Ural State Agrarian University and Ural State Pedagogical University, and in EASI students - 93.4%. Students belonging to the risk group for the use of psychotropic and narcotic substances, alcohol were found in the EASI and USMU, and no risk group was identified among students of other universities. Adaptive mobilization, which manifests itself in increased efficiency, is 100% for students of the Ural State Forest Technical University, 90% for students of the Ural State Agrarian University. Concomitant disorders in students of USMU, caused by a violation of the gastrointestinal tract, were revealed.     Fig.1. CONCLUSIONS Thus, comparative data on the psychophysiological indicators of students of universities in Yekaterinburg were obtained. The used diagnostic complex differentiates the presence of ergotropism and dynamics of excitation, which is significant in mass screening testing.  REFERENCES  1. Bankov V.I. Изучением и поиском путей к разрешению коммуникативных трудностей молодёжи занимается множество педагогов, психологов, социальных работников. Проблема чрезмерного сквернословия в молодёжной среде как предиктора негативного самоотношения не является исключением. Цель исследования – выявление и описание характера связи самоотношения личности и использования ненормативной лексики в речи в юношеском возрасте. Материалы и методы. Выборку исследования составили 20 студентов (юношей – 4 человека, девушек – 16 человек, возрастная категория – 18-23 года). Для сбора эмпирических данных применялась авторская анкета «Использование ненормативной лексики» и «Тест-опросник самоотношения» В.В. Столина, С.Р. Пантелеева. Методом статистического анализа выступил корреляционный анализ по критерию r-Спирмена. Результаты. Была выявлены статистически достоверные обратные связи между применением ненормативной лексики в речи и компонентами самоотношения в юношеском возрасте. Обсуждение. Сильные обратные связи наблюдаются со шкалой самопринятия, ожидаемого отношения от других, самопонимания и глобального самоотношения. Наиболее информативными предикторами негативного самоотношения личности являются оправдание употребления ненормативной лексики окружающими людьми и замечания незнакомых людей за применение ненормативной лексики. Выводы. Использование ненормативной лексики как вербальная девиация является значимым предиктором негативного самоотношения личности в юношеском возрасте.
