ÖZETKÜRESELLEŞME KARŞITI HAREKETLERİN KALKINMA PERSPEKTİFİBu çalışmada, küreselleşme karşıtı hareketlerin kalkınma perspektifi kapitalizmin tarihsel ve yapısal özellikleri göz önünde bulundurularak değerlendirilmiştir. Kapitalizmin günümüzde eriştiği entegrasyon biçimi olarak küreselleşmeye ilişkin temel olgular incelenirken, bu süreçte kalkınma söyleminin geçirdiği dönüşüm ele alınmıştır. Gerek kalkınmanın, gerekse küreselleşmenin dayandığı ideoloji ve her ikisi çerçevesinde ileriye sürülen söylem ve pratikler incelenmiştir. Küreselleşme karşıtı hareketlerin içinde yer alan ana akımların yanı sıra hareketi oluşturan diğer ağ ve oluşumların ileriye sürdükleri argüman ve alternatifler üzerinde durularak, bu argüman ve alternatiflerin geçerliliği sorgulanmıştır. ABSTRACTTHE DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE OF THE ANTI-GLOBALIZATION MOVEMENTSIn this thesis, development perspective of the anti-globalization movements is discussed in terms of the historical and structural features of capitalism. While the basic fact in relation to globalization, which is the outcome of the integration way of capitalism in today’s world is analyzed, the transformation of the development discourse within this process is discussed. The discourses and implementations referred to both development and globalization and the ideology on which these two are based on, is examined. The means of evidences and alternatives raised by the mainstreaming movements and other networks and initiatives within the anti-globalization movements are explored, and the viability of these alternatives is discussed
