2012 yılından beri kullanılan RPA teknolojisi işletmelerin dijital dönüşüm süreçlerinde kullandıkları en popüler teknolojilerden biri haline gelmiştir.Bu çalışmasının amacı, birçok işletme tarafından kullanılan RPA teknolojisini incelemek ve diğer çalışmaların aksine, geçmişte RPA projelerinde çalışmış veya halihazırda RPA projelerinde çalışan kişilerin perspektifinden RPA teknolojisini değerlendirmektir.Çalışma kapsamında ilk olarak RPA kavramından ve bu kavram ile ilişkili konulardan söz edilmiştir.
