Опыт выделения особо ценных земель в Российской Федерации

Abstract

The existing experience of the allocation of particularly valuable lands with the aim of their rational use and protection from disposal of agricultural turnover, which is recognized as unsatisfactory, is analyzed. The notion of especially valuable lands is clarified and the criterion of assignment is proposed. Approaches have been proposed for the allocation of particularly valuable land of federal and regional significance, the areas of especially valuable land have been calculated for the subjects of federal districts of the European part of the Russian Federation.Проанализирован существующий опыт выделения особо ценных земель с целью их рационального использования и защиты от выбытия из сельскохозяйственного оборота, который признан неудовлетворительным. Уточнено понятие особо ценных земель и предложен критерий отнесения. Предложены подходы по выделению особо ценных земель федерального и регионального значения, рассчитаны площади особо ценных земель по субъектам федеральных округов Европейской части Российской Федерации
