This is something that is on our minds, but we don’t talk about much. • Physician burnout, the community does not see the hours, labor, and shifts we take on to provide and gain education to be able to excel in our field.• Family obligations - along with being full time students, teachers, and caregivers we have a life outside of medicine, one in which we enjoy and that makes us human.
