PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, AMBIGUITAS PERAN DAN KOMPENSASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PAJAK ( STUDI PADA PETUGAS ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PADA KANTOR WILAYAH DJP BANTEN)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, role ambiguity and job compensation to employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is the dependent variable used to measure perceptions of what is felt and experienced in connection with his work, especially after the emergence of cases of tax fraud "GT" and "DW". The research was conducted using a sample of 170 obtained from questionnaires to 212 respondents. Research conducted on Account Representative staff from nine Tax Office in subordinate of regional office DJP Banten. The results showed that organizational culture DJP owned by the reform of the bureaucracy tends to bureaucratic organizational culture as compared with an innovative and supportive organizational culture. The results of this study indicate that there are some variables such as organizational culture, role ambiguity and job compensation that has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction, while the leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Positive coefficient indicates the direction of influence brought about an increase in job satisfaction of employees, although variable role ambiguity contrary to the hypothesis developed in this study
