Abstract

This study aims at identifying and describing the influence of training and education and member participation on the co-operation motivations CU Pancur Kasih Bengkayang. Using descriptive method by applying a quantitative approach whereas the population in this CU Pancur Kasih Bengkayang numbering 92 participant. The data collecting techniques used in this study were: Direct observation techniques, Direct communication techniques, Indirect communication techniques, and documentary study technique. The results of this study are as follows : 1.There has been a positive and significant influence training and education for members on the co-operation motivations at a significant level of > α 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.939 to mean having a strong influence. 2.There has been a positive and significant influence of members participation on the co-operation motivations at a significant level of > α 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.867 to mean having a strong influence an
