Pengaruh Konflik Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Tuban)

Abstract

The objective of research is to understand and to explain the influence of work conflict and work stress on motivation. The influence of motivation on employee performance and the influence of work conflict and work stress on employee performance. Method of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample includes 64 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Tuban Branch, and the sample is obtained with total sampling. Data analysis technique involves descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of partial research shows that work conflict is significantly influencing motivation by significance value of 0.003 £ a = 0.05. Result of partial research indicates that work stress is significantly influencing motivation by significance value of 0.000 £ a = 0.05. Result of partial research known that work motivation is significantly influencing employee performance by significance value of 0.000 ≤ α = 0.05. Result of partial research also reveals that work conflict is significantly influencing employee performance by significance value of 0.000 £ a = 0.05. Result of partial research also reveals that work stress is significantly influencing employee performance (Y2) by significance value of 0.000 £ a = 0.05
